Is there a cancellation policy?
i/ Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment must provide us with at least 24 hours notice, or 50% of the cost will be deducted

- When should I arrive?
We kindly request that you arrive with time to relax prior to your treatment/programme. Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Late appointments may not be honoured and will be charged at full price.
- Where can I store my clothes?
Clients booking Spa Programmes will be allocated a locker, with robe and slippers. Please take care of your valuables as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage
- Do I need to bring anything?
Clients booking hydrotherapy treatments should bring a bathing suit, robes and slippers are provided
- Are there any restrictions?
i/ Mobile phones must be switched off at all times
within the spa
ii/ Smoking is prohibited
iii/ Children are not permitted within the spa
- What preparations should be made prior to a St Tropez Airport tanning treatment?
We recommend to exfoliate and moisturise the day before treatment and wear loose, dark clothing on the day
